Background
Kirehe District Hospital was established in 2007,Kirehe Hospital is located in Eastern Province, Kirehe District, Kirehe Sector and Gahama Cell.Kirehe District has an area of 1.225,4 km2 and its population is estimated at 360565 inhabitants (Ubudehe2017) with 12 sectors, 60 cell and 612 villages. The density is approximately 285 people per square kilometer (Census 2012). Hospital serves 17 public operational health Centers and 2 Health Centers of Mahama Camp. Kirehe Hospital has 4 units: " Director Genaral Office Unit, Director of Administration and Finance Unit, Medical and Allied Health Sciences Services Unit and Nursing and Midwifery Unit.
