Director General’s Office
The Director General's Office is heading Kirehe District Hospital managerial duties for development and evaluation of standards of medical care throughout the department, providing medical direction to clinical staff and advising the department in matters of medical policy, procedures and clinical protocols. Meets regularly with the Board of directors and advises the Board on medical policies.

Medical and Allied Health Sciences Unit is responsible for overseeing and developing an organization’s clinical departments through tasks such as hiring, evaluating, scheduling, and supervision. The Nursing and Midwifery Unit oversees and evaluating all nursing personnel (registered nurses, Midwives.) Guiding staffing procedures Setting objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department while create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. There, all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients.

Administration and Finance Unit is leading Kirehe District Hospital administrative duties, coordinating daily operational functions, streamlining management systems, monitoring budgets, supervising managers, improving business efficiency, requesting audits, and analyzing financial data.
